I just feel so angry with everyone today. I want to yell at people.  I am so snappish. I think  it might just be pressure in my head from allergies translating to anxiety.

i am trying to avoid interaction. I may just need a dose of cookies.

  1. I am sorry you are having a day like that. Think about a time that would be good to talk this week. Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning I have doctors’ appointments but other than that I am free. I want to hear about family game night.
